This is likely to be long. You’ve been warned. lol. Ready….. GO!
Yesterday we woke up early (Around 7:30 AM, so I could shower, and wait for my hair to dry.). After I got in the shower, and looked outside I noticed it was snowing. Not a little, like we thought it would, but a TON. I *love* the snow, but just this once I didn’t want too much of it since we were going to be traipsing around town all day on foot. I looked at Master and said:
“Damn it!”
He looked at me and said:
“Yeah, I guess it isn’t a mini skirt day anymore.”
I laughed and said:
“To hell with that, it is Valentine’s Day, I’m still wearing a mini skirt, but I guess I won’t be able to wear cute shoes with it. *Sighs* Where’s my big, clunky, rubber boots?” Oh yeah, nothing’s going to stop me from dressing up special on the anniversary of the day we met. <3
Here’s a picture of Apple Pig on the train. You could say he’s not adorable, but that would be a lie, wouldn’t it? lol.
)
Anyway, we got all dressed up and ready to go out the door, made it to the train, and started our journey to Water Course Foods. http://www.watercoursefoods.com/ I totally love it, and was thrilled when Master mentioned going there for V-Day. It’s only the second time we’ve been, but it is nice to be able to go out to a restaurant and be able to eat something which isn’t just french fries and a side salad. Although, we did get french fries. ^^
Here’s the appetizer we shared. Master doesn’t like onion rings, but I do. So I ate those, and he ate the fries. Omg, they were like melt-in-your-mouth yummy. ![]()
I also got a hot cocoa, but was really disappointed in it. I make vegan cocoa MUCH better when I make it at home, it was all watery and like they didn’t wanna put the right amount of cocoa in or something. I mean, it’s the only real complaint I have about the meal at all, but I won’t be ordering the cocoa again. Apple Pig didn’t seem to mind it. I never let him have cocoa at home though. ![]()
This is what I ate. Well, I wound up bringing half the sammich home, but it was tasty! I had broccoli, steamed greens with toasted sesame seeds, and a seitan “grinder” which had green peppers, onions, mushrooms, avocado, and of course, seitan. Nom! Ooh, and it also came with “Au Jus”. ^^ And yes, I had that many buttons undone. For goodness sakes, this is Valentine’s Day! lol.
Gotta show some cleavage.
)
While we were eating we decided that, why not, let’s go see Avatar today instead of monday. So we went after we were through eating. They only had a show for 4PM and 10 PM not sold out, so we just waited in line for a LOONG time. Alright, I know half of my friends LOVED it, and half of you HATED it. I’m kinda in the middle. I thought it was really really pretty, but the story line was a bit too predictable and simple for me. Don’t get me wrong, I think it was lovely to look at, and I wouldn’t be upset if I had to sit through it again, but I don’t think I feel like I need to own it, and I probably got everything I was going to get from it the first time around. Entertaining, but not amazing. It reminded me of Fern Gully a lot, actually. Master loved it though, so I’m glad. ^^
We got home around 8PM, damn, I couldn’t believe how late it was.
We had a really nice night though, and I’m sitting in my new red lingerie tied up in my kitty space. Mew mew mew. ^^

Glad to hear you had a good time! And I have to say.. your cleavage is pretty awesome ;D I didn't do too much yesterday but I did eat lots and lots of chocolate ^.^ Sadly I ate all of my chocolate peanut butter hearts ;_; Oh well though XD
Thanks, we did have an awesome day!
Ooh chocolate. I've been on a chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie kick lately. Nom nom nom.
I'm glad you had such a good day!!
I have to say though, I kind of agree with what you said about Avatar. I loved it to death, but it was mildly predictable.
Yeah, totally.. Avatar was really, really pretty – but it was kind of a story I had seen before in other movies. Not that I didn't think it was nice, I just wasn't blown away.
Ahhh, I'll tell Apple Pig D says he's good, despite him being a pig. lol. ^@^
LOL I actually call Avatar "Ferngully in Space." Glad you both had an awesome Valentine's Day.
PS: Cleavage Shot!
Yeah, I'm not huge on action scenes, I'm more a dialogue chick myself, but I'm muddling through 'em. They're not as bad as I thought they would be, but funnily enough, I think I prefer Spaceballs. *laughs!*
