Time to WIN some ears! ^^
Guess what?! It’s time for another giveaway, and this one is very simple. Why am I doing another giveaway? Simple, silly! It’s the holiday season, and I am in the giving mood!
What is up for grabs? Any. Repeat: ANY one pair of ears from the Mewtique. This does not include custom ears. If you choose puppy ears, you can still choose any color combo you like (puppy ears come in the same color combos as kitty ears, or black with grey), but custom or colors that aren’t already in the store at the moment the contest closes are ineligible. Sorry.
How do you enter? This part is simple, and I thought I’d do something a little different. There are only two ways to enter, and the first one is *Mandatory*.
MANDATORY ENTRY: Write a Pet-Play Haiku! What’s a Haiku? It’s a Japanese style of poetry which is typically about nature, but we’re going to take some creative license here. There are three lines: the first is 5 syllables, the second is 7 syllables, and the third is 5 syllables again. Here’s an example haiku that I wrote to get you started:
Crawling on four “paws”
I await your approval
Your cute kitty pet
Don’t worry about how “good” your poem is! This is supposed to be fun! Everyone who writes a poem gets one entry (you may do this only once) and the winner will be drawn at random.
Bonus Entry: This is NOT required, but doing it will net you an additional five entries into the contest. You can choose to write a blog post about the contest with a link back here to the contest, and a little blurb about how to enter. That’s it! If you write a blog post, please make a comment with a link to it, so I can give you your bonus entries.
This contest is open to anyone, world wide, and will end on the 31st of December at midnight Mountain Standard Time (which is 2AM eastern time). Winner will be announced on the first of January 2011!
