It’s been a bit on the stressful side here, for obvious reasons. Still, we’ve been doing our best to keep morale up. As I was getting ready to leave in the morning, I thought it would be kind of funny to add something ridiculous to the shopping list. I also thought that Master would probably see it there before we left the house. Nope. We ran out of the house in a hurry, and he grabbed the note and jammed it in his pocket on the way out the door.
First we went for our walk, and then we had a doctor’s appointment. After the appointment, we went into the grocery store next door and we picked up the sushi rice and the seaweed. After we picked up the seaweed, Master referred to the list to see if there was anything else we needed before we left, and that’s when he noticed.
He turned to me and got a huuuuge smile on his face, one of his Cheshire Cat grins.
“Oh, boy.” I thought.
He grabbed my wrist and walked, with enthusiasm, to the pineapples.
“Is this what you meant?” he asked me, evil glint still in his eyes.
We didn’t buy the pineapple. >.< You know though, I seriously thought that he was going to look at me when he saw the last item and tell me I already had one and not to be too greedy. (To be fair, I kind of have a couple giant butt plugs!) That’ll learn me!
