Fuck yeah! Kind of proud of myself today. It’s the last day of the month, and I had a perfect month for my step goal. I got my sticker every day and actually, missed a rest day this month. Whoops! I did not manage to get a strength training exercise in on every exercise day, but I managed it at least two or three times per week so I’m going to keep my goals the same. 1500 steps per day six days per week and one strength training exercise six days per week. Once that gets easy we can think about increasing. Still, I don’t remember the last time I managed to get a sticker at least six days per week. That’s pretty frigging awesome. August is going to be pig stickers. I hope I get another perfect month!
