PROUD CALENDAR SHOT!
Today’s the first of September, and I had another perfect month for my step goal in August. The blue squares are the days I managed one strength training exercise. My step goal was 1500 steps in August. I got it every day I was supposed to and even one extra (whoops)! I only struggled with it on two days, but I still managed it. So, for September I talked with Master and my fitness goals are going to change. My new step goal is 1600 and I am going to do two strength training exercises on strength training days. If I do well with this we’ll increase the steps more later but Master thought the strength training was more important right now. I wonder if I will have another perfect month in September or not. Here’s hoping!
