Road to Rivendell: Week 90

I got by. I got by. I don’t know how I made it through this week. We’re having the kind of heat and humidity that they have in Florida right now, it’s completely unheard of for this area. 70+ humidity. It’s oppressive. I had two near-fainting episodes when I have been pretty stable with my fainting. We don’t have central A/C here but the heat has been historically bad. Bad bad. Super bad. Thanks universe! None of this helped my numbers, but I did just barely manage to stay above four miles. Keep pushing! 4.02 this week.
