Road to Rivendell: Week 91 and 92

Why didn’t I write in here last week about this? Because I got the stomach flu. 🙁 How do I know it was the stomach flu when I have gastroparesis? I mean, fair. Fair. Because Master Pravus got it first, and then I got it the next day. (Oof.) Plus, the symptoms included new symptoms that don’t usually come with gastroparesis. (Joy!) So. How did I do?

I wound up getting sick towards the end of last week, so I had done a little better last week than this week, managing 4.72. Not bad. Pretty good actually.

But this week I only got 3.71 miles. Still decent, but I have to be honest and say I barely moved. I was so miserable and low on energy. I didn’t really attempt much movement and I only got what I had to. Hopefully I do a little better next week. Currently:
