Road to Rivendell: Week 93

I did worse this week than I have done in a while. I think it’s because, even though I am getting better from the stomach flu, it’s still pretty bad. Like I am still dealing with it and I can’t even intake half of my usual formula each day. I’m pretty slow to recover from things and when it comes to stomach bugs I take even longer than most people do.. And Master Pravus is still not fully recovered. I’m getting there though and slowly increasing my formula. But! I don’t have my energy back (I mean, how can I when I’m not eating OK or even close to OK?). So this wasn’t my best week. I got 2.62 miles, and all two and a half of those were hard earned. I’m only now doing things to try to move around a little more, so hopefully next week I do a little better. But. No. I’m still not totally better and I’m still struggling.
